Booking policy:
Payment guarantee debited at the time of the reservation: 25% of the total amount of the stay*
Remaining balance due payed directly to the hotel before departure: 75% of the total amount of the stay*
*Does not include tourism taxes and other expenses during the period of the stay
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation received 22 days or more before arrival date: 30 euro fee
Cancellation received between 0 to 21 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay
The cancellation expenses will be charged on the credit card used for booking
In case of no-show or anticipated departure the guarantee deposit is non-refundable
- In order to rent the whole Riad exclusivly :
At least 30 days before date of arrival:
50% of the amount of the stay at the time of the reservation
Remaining 50% paid at the hotel before departure.
Less than 30 days before date of arrival:
100% of the amount of the stay.
